  • Can I order a sample? We do supply samples on some of our products. If a sample is available it will be stated on the product detail page of the desired product. The total cost of the sample order is the cost of the sample plus standard shipping and handling. There are no refunds on sample orders.

    When will I receive my order? Orders are generally received within 1-3 weeks depending on product type, stock on hand and point of destination. If ordering a favor with matching personalized tags, the tags will be shipped separately USPS first class mail. Also personalized items may take up to 4 weeks to receive.

    Will I be notified when my order ships? Yes. Once your order ships out, you will be notified by email and given a approximate time of arrival.

    Why has my order been shipped from an address other than Washington? The bulk of our inventory is shipped from our warehouse in Washington State. However, some of our suppliers prefer to ship directly from their warehouses to our customers.

    Can I cancel my order? We can only accept cancelled orders if the order has not yet been processed.

    What is your return policy? We will gladly accept returns (with the exception of sample and personalized items) within 10 days of receipt of order. Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging and include a prior RA# (Return Authorization Number) from Simply Favors. A 15% restocking fee will apply and original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. ( To obtain your RA# please email or phone your wish for a return)

    How much is your shipping charges? Our shipping charges are calculated based on total order amount. Please see shipping charge breakdown located on our Terms and Conditions page for more detail.

    Do you offer expedited shipping? In most cases we can expedite your order. Please email us and express your needs and we will do our best to accomodate you.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa and Mastercard only.


    How do I order online? *Simply choose your desired product and add it to the shopping cart.
    *Update the quantity if necessary.
    *Click on "Checkout"
    *Fill in ship to location information.
    *Select shipping method, fill in shipping and billing information and agree to and check off "Privacy Policy".
    *Enter credit card information and finally submit order by clicking on "Charge my credit card".

    Do you offer international shipping? No. Currently we only ship within the United States.
