By placing an order with Simply Favors you agree to the following:
Prices and products are subject to change without notice.
Not responsible for typographical errors on the web page.
Products must be returned within 10 days of receipt along with a prior refund authorization by Simply Favors and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Sample orders and personalized items are non-refundable.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order amount.
U.S. Shipping Fees are as follows:
0.00 - 15.00 = $5.95
15.01 - 40.00 = $7.95
40.01 - 75.00 = $12.95
75.01 - 125.00 = $16.95
125.01 - 200.00 = $21.95
200.01 - 300.00 = $25.95
300.01 - 400.00 = $29.95
400.01 & Over = $34.95
It is the responsibility of the customer to choose the correct shipping charge which applies to them during the ordering process. If chosen shipping fee is not correct, Simply Favors has the right to rectify mistake by charging customer's credit card or account for difference due.
All orders will be shipped either UPS Ground, USPS or Federal Expess.
Heavier items may be subject to additional shipping charges and will be determined at the time your order ships. If additional charges are necessary we will email you with the amount before charging your account. ( Items include but not limited to charger plates, bubbles and faux diamond votive candles)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and ensuring that the product is in good condition. (Please use a reputable carrier such as UPS, USPS or Federal Express)
Products must be ordered in the quantities stated in the order forms. If customer does not meet minimum quantity order, Simply Favors has the right to void such order.
Please allow 1-3 weeks to receive your order. Shipping times vary depending on stock on hand, product type and point of destination. Personalized engraved items may take up to 4 weeks to receive.
All orders must be prepaid in full by credit card.

Simply Favors cannot be responsible for errors made by the customer.
The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Simply Favors from any costs, losses and damages on account of any and all manner of demands, actions and proceedings that may be placed against Simply Favors.
